“It was a great experience working with Iván. He was able to capture clear audio from our live performance, which “sounded even better than it did live” according to a few audience members who heard his master. He’s a pleasure to work with, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional recording engineer.”

“We’ve worked with Ivan a few times now, and he’s been consistently brilliant. Firstly, the process: he recorded us live in busy venues where its normally a big stress to get set up in time, but he was ready to record without any sweat drawn. Then during mixing, he has infinite patience and creativity, making improvements and tweaks until it was perfect. Secondly, the results: the recordings have always sounded great, well balanced and punchy but with the rawness and excitement that you can only get from a live show.”

“Ivan recorded three of our pieces, live in a wee church room, and we were totally chuffed with them. He was totally easy to work with, both during the recording and mixing. We’d heard his work before, so we knew it would be good, but they came our sounding even better than we’d hoped, in every aspect, EQ, panning, automation, compression etc. We would recommend Recordings Onsite wholeheartedly to any musician or band! ”

“Ivan has made outstanding recordings on site , particularly in St. Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh, contribution to the musical high standards that we aspire to at Heriot-Watt University. He has been involved in a wide range of recording activities including recording the University Choirs and is very highly regarded by his peers. He has displayed the very highest artistic standards and his musical professionalism and enthusiasm has endeared him to all that he comes into contact with”
